Welcome to Puppy Drum! We are a crazy mix of vineyard, market, and bistro activities located on Virginia’s beautiful Eastern Shore in Exmore near the sleepy village of Silver Beach. We hold in high regard the value of the ecology and health of all our surroundings here on the Eastern Shore of Virginia (ESVA), most especially the Chesapeake Bay. We hold these values foremost in how we approach our entire operation.
What we offer
For the wine aficionado, we offer a working, growing vineyard. As we grow we will offer vineyard tours and tastings. Although small, we have three varietals: Norton, Chardonnay, and Riesling. Given that we are only in our fourth year of growth, our intent is to bring in Virginia made wines for sale (others too!) and tastings.
Puppy Drum Market and restaurant bistro are now open. Visit us! We provide hot and cold sandwiches, fresh homemade pizza, ice and other camp supplies, and basic food products.
Business Vision
Create a symbiotic business set that crosses vineyard production, market/bistro services with respect for our local ecology here on the Occohannock Neck and Chesapeake Bay.
