We make everything from scratch—sourdough, baguettes, sandwiches, croissants, cookies, and much more—in our small, open-plan kitchen. We take pride in baking from scratch so during the summer season we need to close on Wednesday & Thursday to catch up and prepare for the rest of the week. We also serve a delicious dark-roast coffee—hot & iced—from Eastern Shore Coastal Roasters. Come early if you want pastry, by midday if you’re looking for sandwiches and other sweet treats.
