The Mayor will read a proclamation adopting Coast Guard Appreciation Day. This ceremony will be at noon. Prior to that , Coast Guard Cutter and Patrol Boat will be docked at the Ferry Dock and open for public tours. Additionally, contingent on operational commitments, a Coast Guard helicopter and rescue swimmer will demonstrate in-water rescue operations in the harbor .
