Join us at the Cape Charles  Fire Department to enjoy a variety of unique soups and desserts. Cast your vote for your favorite soup and stick around for the big reveal of the winner! Love what you’ve tasted? Take home a recipe card and recreate it yourself. Heart & Soul is all about coming together as a community to celebrate the power of unity and its impact on our town.
