Calling all Eastern Shore parents! We are bringing our NFK super star, Susan White to ESVA. Susan is an early childhood special education teacher and our kids and toddler yoga instructor in Norfolk.

Bring your kiddo to the Cape Charles studio for some fun on + off the mat. We will have a solid mix of yoga poses & mindfulness, along with fun arts and crafts, and more!

Age range is 5-10 *ish*. We will be closing the class signup 48 hours in advance to help us with supplies and preparation.
