The Shriners Parade will take place at 10:00am on Mason Avenue and feature miniature cars driven by Shriners, who wear draped red fezzes. These parades are popular in North America and are part of various celebrations, such as the Crab Slam parade in Cape Charles!

The Shriners organization supports sick children through their fundraising efforts.

The Shriners parade kicks off the 5th Annual Crab Slam festivities and will be followed by a local vendor market, live music, skiff races, and an oyster eating contest throughout the day.
