If you’ve never been to a silent disco, here’s how it works: flip between three channels of music, curated by live djs, all from the touch of a button on your specialized rented headphones. You’ll be dancing to your favorite beat while the beach stays totally quiet (well… except for the sound of people laughing and singing off-key!)

And because the bay is shallow and calm, much of the dancing actually happens in the water, as well as on the sand ~ which somehow makes it even better.
